    1: Q:  How to buy?

    B) Choose you want to get of items and add to cart, and type your shipping information then choose payments to check out your order.

    C) Pay for your order, and we will check order then shipping your order to you within 2-4 working days and send you the tracking number by email.

    7: Q: Do your company shipping to our country?

    Yes, Our company shipping to worldwide, We will send your order direct to your door by express courier.

    8: Q: How long I could receive my order?

    When we confirm your payment through our account, We will send the products to you in 2 - 4 working days. 

    After we send the products out. 

    We will send a tacking number to you to check your order's state. Usually, the tracking number can be checked in the express company's website in 1-2 days. 

    After the tracking number set up on the internet, you will receive the package in 7-25 working days. That means, you could receive the products in 10 - 30 working days after you transfer the payment.


    9: Q: Do you charge tax?

    For the European Union Countries, we Charge VAT when you pay order.

    Non-EU Countries, we do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country.

    The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery.

    You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes,brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery.


    10: Q: May I ship to a post office box or private box address?

    Express shipping do not carry to box addresses, so you must provide a physical address for delivery.



    11: Q: Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

    All countries regulate the quantities and varieties of items that can be imported.

    Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item.
