1. Please check the goods carefully after receiving goods, if any quality problem please take pictures and contact our customer service asap.

2. The product damage for personal reasons (such as washing, long wearing, etc.) will not be returned.

3. Due to personal reasons ( choose the wrong size or color, don't like style, etc.), the return shipping charges need to be borne by you personally. (pls return the goods to us in complete packages in avoid not to effect our second sale. and E-Mail us for the logistics tracking number in order to track the package.)

 

4. Considering  the transportation time of the return takes more than 1 month also the expensive shipping fee, what's more. We want to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you, so here is our win-win solution.

    1).SIZE PROBLEM 

If you think the items that you received are not fit for you, Provide pictures that you wearing the products for us to confirm, after we confirm you can pay $10~$50 postage for resending(it depends what products), we will arrange a new shipment for you.

    2). DELAY SHIPMENT 

    ①If the declared shipment time is less than 30 days or equal to 30 days, and it has been more than 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.

    ②If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.

    3). CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST 

If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirm, and make sure you get it.
